TEMAIRAZU Co., Ltd. has announced that unauthorized access by a third party was detected in “TEMAIRAZU,” the reservation management system used by our facility to manage reservation information, and that some guest information may have been viewed or obtained by a third party.
We sincerely apologize for the significant concern and inconvenience this has caused our guests.
[Reservations That May Be Affected]
Based on what has been confirmed to date, we have identified instances where suspicious messages were sent to guests regarding some reservations that meet the following criteria:
・Reservation Date: Reservations made on or before September 21, 2026
・Stay Date: Reservations with a stay date on or after September 21, 2026
Please note that Te-ma-ni-ru Co., Ltd. is currently continuing its investigation into the specific details and scope of the information that may have been viewed or obtained by third parties.
[Please Be Wary of Suspicious Messages]
We have confirmed the presence of suspicious messages that impersonate accommodations or booking sites and are sent via messaging services such as WhatsApp and WeChat, as well as via email and SMS, requesting the following:
・Confirmation or finalization of a lodging reservation
・Re-entry of credit card information
・Urgent payments or money transfers
・Access to suspicious websites
If you receive such a message, please take the following precautions:
・Do not open any URLs or links included in the message
・Do not enter credit card information or personal information
・Do not reply to suspicious messages
・Do not make payments or money transfers based on instructions in the message
Our facility will never suddenly ask you to re-enter your credit card information or make urgent payments or money transfers via WhatsApp, WeChat, SMS, or similar platforms.
If you need to confirm your reservation details, please do not reply to suspicious messages or click on any links within them. Instead, contact our facility directly or the official customer service channel of the booking site where you made your reservation.
[If You Have Entered Your Credit Card Information]
In the unlikely event that you have entered your credit card information or similar details on a suspicious website, please contact your credit card company immediately to verify your card usage and discuss the necessary procedures.
Please note that according to a statement from Temaizuru Co., Ltd., the “TEMAIRAZU” series does not handle credit card information, and no credit card information is stored within the system.
